Funds Not Received

I filled an application, but the funds haven’t appeared in my account. Why?

Several factors can cause a delay in receiving funds. Please review the following to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Verify Transfer Details: Double-check that all transfer information is accurate. Incorrect details can lead to an “Error” status and you’ll receive an email notification explaining the issue. Please note that refunds are not possible for applications processed with incorrect details.
  • Confirm Account Debit: Ensure that the funds have been successfully deducted from your sending account. If no debit occurred, the transaction will not be processed.
  • Blockchain Delays: Blockchain network congestion can cause delays. We cannot expedite these delays; we must wait for the network to process the transaction.
